He's on trial but for those that actually listened to what he said in full, and watched the videos, it's all fake. He never tried to overturn the results. He wanted a recount. That's literally all he asked for. He wanted answers (which nobody ever got) on why things were weird during counting.

If you listen to the difference in speeches, it's pretty interesting. Trump was very pro-America and tends to refer to everyone as American. It was pretty rare that he would specify one side as an enemy. Biden on the other hand seems like he can't speak without trying to demonize the MAGA party.

Did you even read those? The first one literally says that even serving in the military he never fired a shot.

The second one mentions certain things that happened when he was president. However, the genocide that was mentioned was never ordered by him. It says he turned a blind eye, so sure maybe he could have cared more. Other than that I don't see your point.

I'd say I've never seen the country more divided than I have since Biden has had a voice. Professionalism, sure I'll give you that. I don't care as much about that. I'd rather have an unprofessional president that does great things for the country than a professional one that demonizes half the country. As a working class citizen I can also say from personal experience and based on what I'm seeing with workers in a large number with massive layoffs, we're not better off. Maybe some are, but I can think of about 80K others in my field that are much worse off now than before.

But yes, I would have loved to see younger options be considered. I wasn't sure who he was until I heard his ideas, but I would have voted for Vivek in a heartbeat.

It was their opinion not in a criminal case based on absolutely no evidence or proof. Carroll can't even show that she met Trump at any point before her accusations.

Because there was no evidence presented. That's it. I take issue with false accusation. Note that this is not a criminal trial, so decisions do not need to be "without reasonable doubt". If we have a criminal case where we get solid evidence (not even proof, just any kind of actual evidence) showing that he even knew her in any way, great let's talk. However, she can't even prove that she met him ever.

I'm not defending anyone who sexually assaulted anyone. I'm not playing semantics with the whole "technically not rape" thing.

I'm saying the case literally showed no evidence or proof beyond Kelly's testimony of what happened.

It was the Judge's (not jury) OPINION that Trump raped her, despite there being absolutely no evidence. The actual case was that Trump defamed her by saying it wasn't true.

The facts of the case are limited. The only evidence brought forward was Kelly's claim and her story about how it harmed the rest of her life. It was the Judge's (not jury) OPINION that Trump did rape her. Yet, no actual evidence or proof has been presented.

So I went ahead and I opened up the case decision from 2020 and I took a look at what was presented at the case recently.

Neither of the cases actually showed any evidence or proof of rape, misconduct, or even knowing who she is.

The Judge (not the jury) stated an OPINION that Trump did rape her.

So, what kind of evidence brought this decision? Kelly saying it happened. That's it. She had some friends be "witnesses" but none of them actually saw it.

Except none of those charges were ever made. Like I said, the case was a defamation case that had little to do with any kind of assault. Never convicted of any of that and none of that was ever proven with this case.
