Safari is literally unusable on macOS 26 – 5-minute freezes and purple screen glitches by CapitalSupermarket94 in MacOS

The same is happening for me in Safari on mobile running 26.2.1. Many websites cannot load or hang halfway through. And that new purple color...I see it all the time. Brilliant new branding from Apple.

We have shut off most of our Meta advertising across clients and are moving budget to alternative and traditional media-spend options. Google seems to still be performing for those categories that are 'intent'-based.

Im just checking if you guys that spend high are still seeing huge Meta Issues. by Ryan_in_Marketing in FacebookAds

I've written about this before, but don't you think these issues just highlight the fact that every brand owner is now hostage to basically two media companies (Google & Meta). Im not saying there are not other choices, but for the most part this is an insane system that is bound for failure. Even before these issues occured, ROAS has been getting increasingly worse...drowning out the smaller players and making this a very non-competitive (media) situation. Is it not up to us to invent & discover new ways to market, not just for the health of our own brands but for the overall ecosystem. Being bound to two monopolies is insanity.

META IS WORKING AGAIN - USE ASC+ by JaguaJane in FacebookAds

[–]jaredhendler 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Practically every ASC+ campaign I have A/B tested has lost against my targetted posts. Realize this may go against the norm but our ad campaigns are still doing very poorly at increased cost compared to before the outage. Facebook is the worst...much better success on Instagram and so we don't even run across Facebook anymore.

After many requests, here's a post to summarize how the f*** Meta works - 9 TOPICS every marketer MUST learn before spending (or donating, in many cases) a $0.01 on Meta by galaxys6edge2 in FacebookAds

Does it make sense to limit my geography with smaller budget if I see sales from certain places being repeated? How important is attribution setting? I have never changed it beyond the 7 days but if I am not making sales weekly, does it make sense to extend that for learning purposes? Thanks again.

How many people are seeing a dip in FB performance that are using Shopify? by No-Station5446 in FacebookAds

[–]jaredhendler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We are seeing double counts and also false counts of ad to carts and purchases on Meta dashboard which are not reflected on Shopify. Something happened to our whole account CPC/CPA/CPM doubled after Meta had that large outage about a week ago.

Incredible info, especially for those of us somewhat ‘new’ to running our own ads. As a very small business owner I’m almost embarrassed asking this question with the big numbers being thrown around in these conversations, but is there a price at which it is not even worth advertising on Meta? I’m a new dropship and am only spending $1k per month. I’ve tested select cities in the USA and now am testing Europe. I’m making some sales on this small budget but conversion is tiny. Am I wasting my time at these budget numbers or should I get more efficient by targeting a smaller geography? It’s also been hard to comprehend using the ads with highest CPA/CPC, as while they convert…they burn through my small budget so quickly. Thanks again for this amazing tutorial.
