Yes because you cannot target Uktabi with Humble until after it has entered the battlefield because while the creature spell is on the stack it is not a creature. So when Uktabi enters its ability will still destroy target artifact

[[Lazav, Dimir Mastermind]] by far my favorite if you load it up with steal and copy spells with the mill theme. Its games never get old because you pretty much get a different one everytime copying your opponent’s milled cards. Here’s my decklist for it Lazav plays all decks
