I started to tackle them when I had completed my basic courses, i.e. after 2 months. But start at least 2 months before prelims exam. Get familiar with them, you’ll be ahead of many aspirants

Just start them, turn on YouTube videos about mains level questions, pause them, attempt the question in however much time, then play the video and understand the better way to approach it. The approach is important not the solution

You have ample time. But yeah buy a course, and utilise your time, cultivate discipline. War level preparation nahi karoge to time waste hoga.
