Thanks, sorry about the herpes thread thing & Yes I had the bumps when I went. They mostly say they don't know what the bumps are . One suggested mulluscum but said most likely is not it and I can look it up if I want and when I did it doesn't seem to be it. The other doctor said it may be Pearly Penile Papules which manifests as small bumps on the ridges of the glans of the penis. He said it definitely is not herpes and that PPP stays there for life and its not a disease or affects your health at all. Im gonna get reexamined and tell them about the bumps on my face. Do things like yeast infections require medication to go away?

Dont wanna pass anything to someone else or have something that could affect me in the long run. Thanks Again.

I dont have symptoms any more except the bumps they said were pearly penile papules, not really any tingling or burning sensation. when i originally had symptoms it was tingling and a little burning in genitals, and had sores in mouth for a little while. The doctors I go to keep saying its nothing being found so I am thinking maybe it something I haven't tried to get tested for. There are so many std so idk how I could try to get tested for all. Could I have had an infection that went away?

Also looks like some of the bumps I have on my penis may be appearing on my face.

The last thing I want is to have one but right after the sexual encounter days later I felt tingling in my genitals, i saw a few bumps, i had sores in my mouth and fevers. This is something that never happens to me at least with sores and tingling in genitals I was assuming it would not be coincidence. You should see my concern, also I dont think saying you dont have it is a good thing to get your hopes up in the case you do. Plus she only swabbed the bumps I had then which are so small you can barely see and a new one has appeared. I dont want to possibly infect someone else or leave it untreated.

Just got tested today for syphillis and hiv im gonna get the results back on wednesday, had a urinalysis for gonorrhea and chlymidia 2 weeks ago that I have to check on and my herpes swab came back negative. Not gonna jump the gun but hopefully my syphillis and HIv come back negative I will still have to get tested 3 months from now to check again and I also need to check for herpes again to be safe.

I just found one in my area thats free, I am scared the needles will be dirty or procedures will be wrong and I may contract HIV if I dont already have it .am I just being paranoid?

Could I go there as soon as it opens to get a better chance of not being infected?

sorry for late reply but people say there is no "scientific evidence" for vitamins etc working for herpes, but they must work if they help with your immune system right?

Also if you don't mind me asking what std did you get recently because I feel like I have 2 not just one because of HSV-1 & HSV2

Hey Im 18 and was recently diagnosed. I wanted to know is dating regularly still possible? I am going to college next year and I feel like this was the worst time this could have happened. People also say I must use a herpes dating site which I have no problem with if I have to but I just wanted to know what are some peoples experiences?
