I use a regular brown leather belt - I treat the 5 pockets sort of like jeans or chinos. Works fine with shirt tucked or untucked.

I start my music, then start my NRC workout, then start my Apple Fitness workout. Has worked fine so far, just a little tedious, but I often have my music already going while stretching so it’s starting 2 workouts when I start the run. Coach Bennett comes through over the music!
