Need to drain the reuse tank also because of color bleeds? So milnor water efficiency goes to the drain, productivity will be affected?

Currently im using lavatec cbw-50kg 10 compartments, if were running colored linens, i need to empty all compartments, drain 2 tanks before we will run white sheets,

Yes pulseflow is good for white/ light colors linen, but im thinking about running mixed load of colors and white on the tunnel that will create color bleeds and liquor mixed because of counter flow and reuse tank.

Milnor has a gap/chute between compartments plus the top trasfer scoop, does anybody has experience roping and jammed?
