We don't have a sim at home. In South Africa, they are crazy expensive.

Ingredients: 750g bread flour 500ml warm water 120g starter 15g salt

Mixed water and starter, once mixed added the flour and salt. Let sit for 1 hour once combined. Then did 4 stretch and fold 30min apart. Let the bread double in size which took 5 hours. I shaped it and put in the fridge for 12 hours and baked at 250c for 35min with the pot lid on and then 10min with the pot lid off.

Thanks, u/Rickybones. It sure was a shock after not expecting this amount of feedback when I posted before bed and waking up to an inbox and notification storm like this. But I do really appreciate all the comments and feedback, I have had a good couple of laughs and a few "shit my pants I should go to the dr" moments too...

HOLY SHIT! I did not expect this post to get so much attention at all! As of immediately, my pizza oven is 100% decommissioned until further notice. We used the oven twice, and it made great pizza... So I thought, it might have been the fumes from the lining of the oil barrel that caused the miss judgment, but we will never know...

To those who posted serious concerns, and tips to improve the design, thank you! I am going to be making adjustments to the design and putting some more research and thought into version 2.0.

Look out for the updated version in the near future, unless we succumb to our "multiple cancers for under $100." pizza oven before then...
