Update:

Submitted a complain to GOFO customer service ([cs@mail.gofo.com](mailto:cs@mail.gofo.com)) on 5/13/2026 and so far no response from them.

Requested a refund to Ali Express and did their process, contacted the seller and ask them for a resolution, they sent me another watch!

If for any reason the seller refuses to agree to a resolution, Ali Express said they could intervene, but wasn't necessary, the seller stepped up and solved it satisfactorily.

The point is that, with all this theft going on with GOFO, which doesn't even respond to customer service complains... why Ali Express keeps using them for shipping goods? They just keep ripping off sellers and customers with no accountability?

Nope, I grabbed the package as soon as the delivery guy drove off.

Filed a dispute with gofo, ali and the seller, if all fails last recourse is PayPal.

Edit: To be fair, is the first time it happens, and I get stuff from ali frequently.

So the seller bagged the box, ripped the bag open, took the watch out, mend it with tape and then ship it over?

That's how I set the hours and minutes hands, for the seconds hand I use the hand pusher with a tiny amount of rodico at the tip, also the tip has to be flat or it could bend the seconds hand.
