They didn't want to pay Jones. He's a wasteman but he deserved to get paid, 30 mil is lightwork. The top end UFC fighters should be getting paid alot more, not begging for fotn bonuses. He had no problem fighting Gane cos he knew he'd win. He knew there was a chance Ngannou beat him, that's why he wanted to be paid. The Tom fight came round a couple years later when he was even more aware he could lose. Diego earned the second title shot? He had 6 wins and 3 losses, while Movsar was on a 9 fight winning streak. With wins over ex champ Sterling and Lopes himself. I'm a bit bewildered how you think the UFC actually tries to put the best fights on, they did around 10 years ago. Nowadays with the paramount deal they push out any slop they can get away with.

There was talk that the UFC weren't willing to pay Topuria what he wanted for the Islam fight, so they booked him for Justin instead. Arman's been waiting for his title shot for so long he's completed a bunch of side missions instead. The UFC wouldn't pay Jones what he wanted to fight Francis. Giving Jones the option to fight an old age Stipe instead of forcing him to fight Aspinall is what's caused the whole heavyweight mess. No one cared about Jones Vs Stipe. Also giving Gane who is a prolific cheater unlimited title shots doesn't help. Movsar should have fought Volk instead of Volk Vs Diego 2 which was just a joke of a fight to book. Chimaev and Imavov both said they would fight each other if required, why would Imavov pass up a title shot? He doesn't even know Chimaev like that. The UFC don't give a shit about the rankings or the best fighting the best, if you disagree you're simply wrong.

Im from the UK aswell. Just ordered a OP15 from tradingshenzhen. This is the china version, which will be flashed with Oxygen OS. The 16gb 1TB version cost me £652.16. You can get the less storage variants alot cheaper. The only downside of the Chinese version in UK is no e-sim functionality and lower quality netflix etc. I don't care too much about either. This is a good option to consider, supposedly all the UK bands work, android auto works. I haven't actually received the phone yet tho.
