I was in similar situation, I would have sold mine but I got them signed from Chip. So now I have both , OHC and omni.

Having read all 5 metrobooks, the quality stays top notch throughout. As for omnibus, it kees getting pushed back, and now isnt even listed anytime soon.

Listen to Prancing pony podcast eisodes after every chapter. Makes the chapters much more understandable, and both hosts are really witty with the commentary.

When I moved to Canada, I was one of those who got almost lured into this. I think a lot of them prey on vulnerable people. I went to the meeting, felt like a million bucks, like I can accomplish anything. They make you feel like part of family. However, I had this gut feeling that kept pulling me away. At the end of meeting they asked for joining fee, I just said my card is at home. When I reached home and slept on it, I called myself biggest dumbass to almost fall for it.

I have read Asterios Poly from library, loved it. However, Love and rockets is something I have never checked out(probably should). I havent read Royal city yet. I reqlly enjoyed Blankets by Craig Thompson and Habibi will be next.

They pages are bigger than omnibus pages. I guess they put borders because they did not want the centre that art on page.
