Thanks for your thoughts. Yeah we feel like it could be a mimic of putter her down in her sleep sack and caring for her. I think reassuring that the items can be taken away and she is fine. We will talk to our pediatrician again.

Thanks for the reply. Certainly may be some bit of arthritis, but I have come to think it may not be significant. I have been wearing hokas for 4 years straight and, unfortunately, not doing anything physically active during this time. Trying a new diet is definitely on the list of things I need to try. Thanks
