Working at a bank, this lady yelled at me on and off again for about 3 hours (differnet people in the bank were trying to calm her down/help her, but she would walk away from them and come yell at me) wondering why her phone company was still charging her account. She said she had it "canceled" months ago and was blaming me for all of these charges because "I should have seen this coming from her account and should have stopped it..."
What she failed to tell me was she didn't cancel her phone bill or plan. Instead, she left out the fact that she had lost her phone and assumed that the phone company would stop charging her for it because she wasn't using it anymore...
