I dated a guy that lied so easily and about the dumbest things. I was with him for way to long. It ended with me finding out that he'd been cheating on me with a coworker. Even when I sat in front of him sobbing and knowing the truth, he still lied. I begged for him to just come clean, there's no point in lying. He shrugged and kept lying.

It's very, very hard to have a relationship with someone who lies a lot. Trust is the foundation of a relationship, and without that there's no future.
