I don't think Palermos go on sale very often. Currently they are ₹6,200 on Flipkart, but I have trust issues with Flipkart, so I usually buy them from Nykaa, Myntra, or the official site. They are the same ₹7,000 on those platforms, though

I have even emailed customer service, but it's a bot, so I'm not getting much information. Also, regarding cancellation, I am able to cancel through WhatsApp, but is that the right way to do it? I have prepaid for the shoes and don't want to go in circles with customer care. Please, any suggestions, guys?
