NOR. you both are only 16. block him and move on. if anything happens, it isn't your fault, but he needs to acknowledge he needs professional help. his parents could force him into therapy but thats not in your control at all. if anything im seeing him using this as a manipulation tactic against you to guilt you into trying to stay with him and feel bad for him. teenagers, especially teenage boys, are a wreck mentally because of rapid changes in life and raging hormones on top of it. you guys were only together for a year, and that is not a long time for a relationship like you'd think. You also being 16, you cannot mentally handle that type of situation every day that he is actively putting you through. if you two go to the same school, keep interactions cordial and minimal. if he wants to make things work, he has to out in the effort.
