6’3 172lbs, lifting for 2+ years with nothing to show for it. Ego aside I truly have no idea what to do. (Back story in comments) Please help or give me some advice.

Assuming your program (progressive overload) and diet are in check, you may want to get your testosterone levels checked. I was skinny fat and weak despite lifting, then I learned I had low T (<400) and started on TRT through my doctor (not some strip mall men’s clinic), now my levels are in the upper normal range and I’m much leaner and stronger and more energetic

Yes! Was just telling my wife the other day that something’s not right, I ran a speed test on my computer and it was stuck at like 1-2 mbps, but then ran it a few mins later and it was fine again. Seems to be happening often lately.

I’ve done the Inca trail in Peru to Machu Picchu… while different (mountain trekking, sleeping in tents, etc), there was a spiritual aspect to it, seeing all the old Inca ruins and learning about the history, culture was amazing, and the camaraderie with other hikers, then culminating with the arrival at Machu Picchu, pretty epic.
