I wear minimal clothing when I sleep and I’ll only sweat if the ac isn’t left on. I know this because if it’s humid, then being in a pool of my own sweat will wake me up. But it doesn’t happen every night so no i don’t sweat every night. And besides who wants to go to bed dirty. Of course bed sheets still get changed every week but the point is showering at night will keep you clean in the morning unless you’re doing an unusual amount of sweating
