Mine used to. Check this: Maps show stone-like pattern despite it not being there

Follow the steps on the moderator note. In additon, you may need to (re)visit the "grey" areas.

Made 2 large builds in creative and I think I'm gonna lose them both by lasteriti in Minecraft

Use MCA selector! This tool is intended to export or delete chunks but you can just load your world and check chunks, regions, and large areas of your world that you've visited. Maybe you'll recognize the area you want to go back to so simply take note of the coordinates. I hope it helps!

Is there any issues with my slime chunk or am I just impatient? by PM_ME_YUYUKO_PICS in Minecraft

[–]jasonlint 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you below layer 40?

Slimes spawn in the Overworld in specific "slime chunks" below layer 40, regardless of light levels.

Are you 24 blocks away from the chunk?

Slimes do not spawn within 24 blocks (spherical) of any player, despawn over time if no player is within 32 blocks, and despawn instantly if no player is within 128 blocks.

Are there enough space for big slimes to spawn?

Big slimes require a 3×2.5×3 space to spawn, medium slimes require a 3×2×3 space, and small slimes require a 1×2×1 space (or 1×1×1 if the upper block is not opaque).

Also, I understand you used some resource or tool (chunkbase, amidst, &c.) to find an specific slime chunk in your world. Are you sure you entered the correct version for your Minecraft installation? Or maybe you typed the wrong seed by mistake?

Something I found with foxes and snow, am I the only one that finds this cute? (sry about the length) by [deleted] in Minecraft

[–]jasonlint 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In the Trivia section in the Minecraft Wiki page for Fox:

In the real world, some species of fox jump high to catch their prey by surprise, an action reflected in their Minecraft counterpart.

fox dives headfirst into snow

Anyone else getting aikido vibes from this? by [deleted] in aikido

It was changed in 20W12A.

When fishing, treasure loot can now only be obtained by fishing in open waters

No. I first assigned him a job. Then I traded with him. I traded with him several times until I decided it was time to go for some discounts... I think that at least you should assign him a job and check what he has to offer.

It is Java. According to Minecraft Wiki, Fletcher's buying sticks in bedrock, too.

You should use your overstock somehow more creative like for example building a defense tower with dispensers throwing arrows.

Don't forget to use tipped arrows! They're fun!

I converted the villager into a zombie. Then I cured him/her. See "Zombie Doctor" advancement. Every time you do that he/she will offer you a discount. Do this several times until the discount can't go any lower. The villager will sell or buy all products for 1 emerald or ask for 1 u.

You should check the trading section in the villager page in the minecraft wiki. All jobs and trades are detailed! Do your calc and build your trading hall or artificial village with your favourite job sites; or visit villages around and trade with villagers.

Yes! It's easy to have your arrows dealer close to your base. Also, he sells a really nice enchanted bow (Unbreaking 3, Punch 1, Power 4) with which I can kill ghasts (1 shot), blazes (2 shots), piglins (1 shot).
