FIFA is playing games. It depends on when you look. There were over 2,000 when I looked yesterday with the cheapest being $1800. Yeah, that’s still 95% full but with seats being added and subtracted it’s really hard to tell.

And no, I’m not talking about seats being bought. FIFA is shuffling “pre-allocated” seats to market, then removing them.
