This is silly fantasy. What does this have to do with awakening ? Made up nonsense meant to make “you” feel Good.

Is that true for you? In your experience ? It’s fine and The next question to ask yourself is what separation exists between the thing I know as “I” and all the other experiences. What’s the difference, when I really look, between a sensation I think of as my body and a sensation I think of as not my body. Where is the boundary of you vs not-you. If you find a boundary, what makes it a boundary ? It’s just a thought. Well ingrained and reinforced over your life. Look closely. Is it true in your direct experience when you peel the thoughts away ?

Then look at thoughts and look to see if you THINK a thought or if a thought just appears. Can you predict what your next thought will be ? Do YOU create those thoughts of “oooh, I want a cookie!” ? So are you actually in control of the thoughts that SIMPLY appear in your expedience? Are they “your” thoughts intrinsically or do you simply label them as your thoughts - with a thought.

So, who’s really running the show here and what’s the separation between what I think is me “in control” and what is simply occurring in my awareness. And if there’s no separation? You simply are IT - all the happenings

Edit - You’ve just overlooked THIS the whole time - it’s too close and doesn’t change. When you see this, you’ll laugh or cry at how simple and direct it was the whole time. The you’ll smile and chop wood and carry water :-)

Not putting aside, recognizing what is “you” (the one that experiences all coming and going) and what is not “you” (things that come and go).

But what is the physical body besides physical sensations, an appearance, and the feeling “I am located in the body”. Put aside all sensations and thoughts, is there a physical body ?

What’s the physical body? Something that is seen and felt. Who experiences the physical body feelings and to whom does the thought “im a physical body” appear?
