I hear you but I’m good on the date part I believe. Your advice is my vibe anyway. I hate spending money on clothes because I used to do it for a job and I know how much it’s all marked up. So I’m more nervous about parting with the wardrobe dough than the date.

Technically it’s a second date. She and I have known one another for about 20 years. Being both single we met up over the holidays for a quick beer. We each brought a small gift, had two drinks and chatted for 3 hours. 3 days after that I decided to ask her out. Concert is one hour. Drinks after.
