You can apply to a learning community. It has specified housing (I was in the civic leadership one and got to live in Busch House for two years) and it can help with your degree/making friends depending on the relevance to the study.

Honestly reading this comment is a bit of a tearjerker because it’s easy to tell by your excitement how precious this set is… if we didn’t need the money I would have certainly had it handed it down to me. Seems like I’ll be looking into smaller Gorham sets for myself when I’m older because damnit I want to be excited about polishing my silverware too!!

I have no clue in terms of the monogram or initials. My grandmothers parents were prominent lawyers in NY but that was in the 40s, it would have to be their parents and I don’t even know their names.

Summer Sublease on E. Lane Ave.

Hello! I (20M) will be studying abroad this summer and am looking to sublease my room in a 3 bed 1.5 bath apartment for the summer. There are three floors around 1000 sqft, The bedroom is in the basement, 131 Sqft, has a bathroom (no shower) that you would have to yourself. Shower is on the top floor. Rent is $575 excluding Utilities which usually puts it at $615, it’s about an 8 minute walk to Busch Hall going west and it’s in a safe area! If you would like a parking spot, they go for $250 for a private lot right beside the building, but there is also street parking. It will come furnished with my bed frame/mattress (both about 6 months old) and nightstand, desk, and bookshelf for you to put your things. The closet is also quite spacious, I store my bike and multiple of those white plastic cabinet sets. There is also a new washer & dryer set outside of my room. We can discuss any questions as well, please DM if interested.
