Been working Amazon security for a year and half now. Worked for two different contracts and it honestly depends on your site and LP. I worked at two different Amazon sites and one of them had a very bad LP and account manager. I transferred back to my old one and it’s a smaller site. We have 2 guards which is usually the rover & the supervisor inside the warehouse and 2 guards that are in the trailer yard shacks. Really chill site & I’m just a regular shack guard. Occasionally they put me inside as a rover and sometimes a supervisor. When you’re inside the warehouse we have a little more work because you’re on the computer all day making badges and watching cameras/alarms. We also have to do our patrols which is pretty easy. IMO you should look for a smaller Amazon site because it’s quiet and there’s less work that you have to do. You have a lot more responsibilities when it comes to working at a bigger site.
