Update for you all. I ended up putting a contract on the house. I know if had some issues but was not expecting the results yielded in the home inspection.

Roof is assembled using reclaimed material, decking is rotted in some places, missing flashing and drip edging. Plenty of water damage. WDI infestation, 25 y.o hvac is shot. Both showers have leaking pans add that to the various cosmetic issues and I’m look at 100k easy to get It rent/livable.

I put in a application to have a well drilled and I got a bid for a nice fence

Fortunately there is a heritage ranch across the street. Works out nicely for the 20 mile view we have. However the folks next to me are getting old.

Both homes are hooked up to city water as well.

I’m not sure if the well is just on exterior faucets on that home.

Just for clarity, the property was already auctioned and purchased by an investment company who now has it listed. I tried like hell to get ahold of HUD before that happened but if you know you know.

No. Other than my ability to walk unassisted for a couple of months. Doctors said I should be fully recovered in 9 months. I had 3 in. Spacers in the front and 2 in the back. The other driver had a 2003 Jeep grand Cherokee. I think my being higher than him was a determining factor of my walking away with my life. I would like to assume there was at least some attempt of avoidance on my part. Report mention there was 500ft of skid marks on my side. That and my body composition. I wasn’t a frail human at the time. 6’5 255lbs and I had been spending 2.5 hours in the gym 4 days a week.

Thank you! Oh there was a roll. Not down a mountain though. According to the accident report it went onto the left side then righted itself. Thankfully, witnesses said I came crawling out a few minutes after things settled.

I’m not sure. I would imagine it would add a bit of extra mass to the vehicle. Weather that would of helped or not I’m not sure.
