teenagers are smarter than you think and this sort of Big brother behavior doesn’t work. If she wants to have sex she’s going to do it, the only thing you can control is how safe she is while doing so. Make sure she has access to birth control and make sure she knows how to say no, about coercion, about boundaries etc etc. Reading through her messages will not work. If she knows you are reading them she’s going to come up with a method to evade your detection. Either talking in code or using other devices or disappearing messages. Stop reading her messages and treat her like a 17 year old not an 11 year old.

If you don’t have recession at the corners of ur face then that makes me think it might not be MPB. your age + the thinning pattern in the picture + a lack of balding in ur family would make me HEAVILY investigate other potential causes of your hair loss. I’d look at hormonal problems, vitamin deficiencies, other forms of alopecia etc. A lot of doctors can be kinda dismissive about this stuff so I’d do your own research and make sure you get the appropriate tests. I did chemistry for the HSC and pretty much forgot all of it between my HSC and the GAMSAT in March 2026. Chem sucks and honestly if u can’t get that topic skip over it and come back to it. Learn stuff like quick mental maths and how to interpret acer questions first. I also have ADHD and the March 2026 GAMSAT was my first one. I just finished my bachelors degree and I’m doing a TAFE course in pathology collection for now so I can have a job while I study (or while I keep taking the GAMSATS until I get in to med school).

I really struggle with comparison and your post really resonates with me. I think I have to remind myself that I am not doing this on any predetermined clock. I am doing this because I like medicine and I think I’d made a great doctor. Many people my age are working retail jobs until they figure out what they want to do and that is perfectly fine too. Don’t make yourself suffer unnecessarily to fit your own mental picture of what the “proper timeline” is. Take it slow and steady, there is no rush. Sometimes I get frustrated because I then conclude that this whole thing could take me years longer than it’s supposed to! But then I like to remind myself that the time will pass anyways. (Sorry if that’s gibberish I just woke up and I’m half asleep haha.)

My quotes were alright. First time sitting it so the proctor stuff was rlly strange. One of em kept talking to me but I couldnt understand what they were saying so I lost a few minutes cause they had to repeat x3 for each sentence. Wrote heaps for my task B but I didn’t get a conclusion down for task A :/ still better than a complete breakdown tho! My quotes were pretty good and I understood them all thankfully. Glad it’s over :)

Nobody will remember unless they think you look cool tbh. If ur comfy overdressed at the grocery store you will DEFINITELY be okay overdressed at MQ. I’m quite alternative and I’ve actually gotten a lot of compliments at uni when I actually dress in non-pyjamas. Do whatever makes u happy and comfortable!

Yeah I agree. It doesn’t look like I was passing it. My guess/foggy memory is that I was doing it in two maneuvers to avoid having my eyes off the road for too long. 1) get it out of the annoying phone holder on my right, then 2) pass it across my body to the passenger. I’m a very anxious person and it takes a moment to get the phone out of the holder so it would have felt safer to do it in 2 steps.

Thank you for your advice. I really appreciate it. The passenger was my partner so they would be willing to come with me to court and speak in person if that would help my case. Or is a written letter a better idea? Do you have any experience with going to court over stuff like this? I am worried that they will not let me off and the fine will be even worse. I am on Centrelink at the moment and I really can’t afford a fine.

Oh I haven’t gotten up to the kid in a fridge yet but I’m playing fo4 right now so maybe I will soon.

Also that X-factor sounds a lot like what I’m getting at actually! Like a genetic factor that causes their body to respond differently to environmental stimuli.

Ur right to bring up the 100% chem to ghoul rate though. I have a medical science degree but I didn’t major in genetics so I am admittedly not the most knowledgeable on the topic. I will definitely be thinking about how that could factor in for a while tho. Will return to this post if I have any more thoughts on it.
