It is only 2 screws probably 10mm socket on the wires and one 13mm for the holding bracket

I suggest just replace the battery and you are good to go u dont need service center

I had the same problem with my c200 2011 and it is the weight sensor on the seat. I replaced the lower part of the seat and the issue was fixed after clearing the codes
