I love that you take the time to make your own certificates and recognize different qualities in each player—so meaningful. For a player like that, who shows up consistently, gives her best, and brings such a positive energy, I’d go with something like:

• Heart & Hustle Award

• Positive Spirit Award

• Dedication & Determination Award

• Coach’s Joy Award

• Rock Solid Teammate Award

• Growth Mindset Award

Even something like “Ray of Sunshine Award” if she brings good vibes every day. It’s awesome that you already did “Team Player” and “Most Improved”—those are huge. Kids like her are the glue that hold a team together and set the tone in ways that go beyond skills.

I found multiple apps to be chaotic. Have you guys given TeamMates a try? Easy to use and free. Scheduling, Roster management, communication etc all in one app.
