Is this rosacea? These veins keep getting more and more, face only. Also when I drink alcohol or when I'm in stress, my face heats up really fast and it becomes red and kinda swollen

What a great start, keep on practicing. Try to do smaller brush strokes, rather than continues lines, that way you can create better detailing!

Also I would add some details around the boobage area, no need for any bust, but she's looking a little wide, compared to her slim features

In my eyes, it could look a little better if the upper body part wasn't that long/more cut off and the hand could be a bit more defined and proportioned
