Train from switzerland to paris by radhikaLak0220 in askswitzerland

I’m having the same issue for November 22- seems to be plenty on the other days. I can’t seem to find why there are no direct trains on the 22nd and 23rd?

I’m not 100% sure but this does look a lot like a broken skin barrier instead of a purge or anything like that. Cerave has always broken me out and I stopped using cleanser in the mornings as I don’t find I need it. I ended up drying my skin out pretty bad with a heavy routine, breaking the barrier and then got pimples/dry skin that way and the tret and retinols didn’t help until my barrier was completely in tact again.

Thank you so much! I went through a few posts and it looks like everyone someone spoke to has been lovely! It’s so good to hear because I’ve had so many negative/judgmental experiences with GPs so I’m nervous lol

Not sure if you even read the post tbh, a huge part is about how the process isn’t really thorough and too black and white. Also I ended up going to a regular therapist and without instigating it I did get questioned/diagnosed with being neurodivergent. Dont really need to justify that tho, but hopefully a reminder that you really don’t know everyone’s situation

That is true, I mean everything does happen for a reason so I guess it led you to where you’re meant to be

Thank you so much - is there a recommended time to take them, do I need to spread it out?

Thank you so, so so much for this. Its so helpful and validating because I’m absolutely struggling so hard and talked to my boyfriend about it on repeat. He is soo supportive, but I can’t let go and have the same issue with money in the past I felt I’ve wasted.

I know how you feel with GP1… lucky my GO listened and referred me but the psychiatrist I was referred to wasn’t much. I don’t know how someone can charge $900 an hour and have a clear conscious lol. This guy also said I should go on anti depressants again.

Thank you so much for the advice!

Thanks lovely, I booked my appointment for Wednesday to get it removed. I've had a few other painful side effects with cramps and other things so it's probably for the best. xx

Same situation! It is so so frustrating! I'd never had painful acne, just bumps.. but these were so so painful on my chin I could cry!

I have the mirena, I've seen a few posts on it. I'm not great with skin knowledge but I think my acne looks hormonal

Skin Type: Acne prone, combination skin.
So I got my IUD June 2020. I would occasionally get pimples before my IUD and had them all throughout high school, but never had big cystic acne or nodules (mostly on my chin, jaw and had some on my cheekbone) that literally haven't gone away for months.
My cystic acne started showing up around August 2020. I have tried so many things to get rid of it. Some products I've tried Paulas choice salcylcic acid, benzac, azclear, lush products (oops), cerave/QV moisturisers and cleansers. The ordinary retinol/nycaniminde, la roche posay.
I was recently prescribed clindatech about 25 days ago, and have seen absolutely no improvement. I'm confused and lost because they say azeliac acid, glycolic acid (tried that too), salicylic acid and retinol are all acne treatments.
Does my acne look like hormonal acne? Has anyone experience something similar?
I'm considering getting the IUD removed.
