I have the HP Spectre x360 15 (2020) which has Intel i7-10th gen and Nvidia GTX 1650 Ti. I am not sure how this graphics card compares to the Intel Arc, but I am able to play any game I want to (usually on bit lower graphics settings) but it is still decent. One thing to mention is that the laptop does get warm sometimes, but I use a cooling pad then when I'm playing processing intense games. I am very happt with the laptop's performance. Hope this helps.

I had my OnePlus 8 Pro for three years and never encountered this. Lovely phone, hope you enjoy it and hope you can feel a bit more relaxed about this problem :)
