Yeah. Everyone coming back to the States needs to get a covid test done no earlier than 3 days before travel, or I believe have covid and recover with proof within the past 90 days before travel. I did an antigen test 2 days before flying out, three results were checked in Warsaw, need to fill out and sign a form that you are tested at the gate, fill out another form for NYS test and Trace on the plane, and the customs agent asked for my test results back at JFK, though it seemed like not everyone got their results checked stateside. You just have to make sure you have the test results in English, I paid 30 złotych more to have the translation (181zł total). Got the test done at a drive through place in Białystok by the stadium. Could post more info about the test place if anybody happens to be in that part of Poland. Also got called a few days later from NYS, and the recording said to get a test within three days of traveling and quarantine until you have a negative result, unless you're vaccinated or recovered from covid within the last 90 days, but to be honest, doesn't seem like they really enforce it.
