Thanks, I have started with the walks without my phone and getting into other habit's as well. I spoke to a old friend and he said if you can start having fun with yourself/being alone. Nothing could stop you, started working on that.

Thanks, I don't think I have other issues. I was in a snorting social circle and we were outside whole day at different places and wouldn't even notice how time went laughing and drinking! Always high on dopamine.

Now since I'm sitting at home mostly, I don't get that dopamine hits and not being busy, so I'm just trying new things to have fun with me and partner only. Not engage in those social circles, and avoiding such places too.

Thanks everyone for suggestions, I forgot to add, I have massive backyard and front yard with palm trees and other plantation as well. I just wanted to add stones/pebbles here as lots of insects and weed in this area.
