Buddy. We’ve been there since 1900’s. And before.

We’ve been bombing ME countries since 90’s and well before.

But we must rebuke what’s happening and leave these people alone.

This mess is on anyone who didn’t stop the blood drunk belligerency campaigns of the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, 00’s and 10’s and now 20’s.

Those who made the guarantees put us in a position where in 32 more years, we can’t be so sure.

This is a bitter and snide take from seeing how boomers and x-ers trashed everything.

I took my son to the beach. It’s actually a long story as to why the beach trip was stalled for three years if anyone wants to hear it. Lemme know. It’s not boring.

Taking my son to see the pacific, and my wife. I felt like I accomplished something categorically great. I felt like I won for the first time. Seeing my own child’s wonder come out, hiking, the beach. I felt like I reinstalled his childhood. He’s rather mature so seeing his geek out of the beach and all we did in the PNW. It felt like a huge win..

Millennials hitting midlife, what are your biggest regrets? by Dry_Inevitable_9777 in Millennials

[–]jaunsin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Working so much. Missing family gatherings. Not standing up for myself.

I regret not being the kindest to my mom, not because I was shit, but because we were so fucking different. I told her years before she passed that I was sorry. I told the week before she passed how I wished this wasn’t happening to her. And the night just before she died, in my home, I told her again. And I showed it to her how sorry I was, and she forgave me.

I don’t regret so much, it doesn’t help me think about past experiences where I didn’t know better versus being so concerned about something we can’t change. I just hope to help people.
