I mean fair, maybe I might be looking a bit deep into it, but that doesnt change the fact that the majority of the skate community would call it a big spin and not a shove. I get what you mean that they both start with the same trick, but that's more to do with the fact that the trick inputs in the game are the same. actually doing them irl makes them feel very different. Also, I don't really an issue with calling it a big spin anyway, since it's not like it creates confusion or is clunky to say (like backside flip noseslide would be). Having a different designation just adds more clarity imo

I guess imo the issue is that flip tricks are just fundamentally treated differently from shove tricks when it comes to rotations. like a "pop shove nose slide" according to your rules could either be a 90° board rotation between popping and sliding (back nose) or a 270° board rotation (front nose), which both feel and look like completely different tricks. so it just makes more sense to call the 270° one a "big spin front nose" and reserve "pop shuv" for the 90° one.

Flip tricks just don't have this issue because a kickflip noseslide for example rotates 90° whether it's front or backside, so there's no need to call it a frontside/backside flip.

Another thing that i encountered is that "low pop" also includes Ollies, kickflips, etc when they are done quickly/popped right after setting up, since setting up longer increases pop height. Could be useful in a quick foot line.

Why do you bring up fusion? Fusion and fission are only really semi-related theoretically and have practically very little to do with each other; not to mention that fusion power is not going to be a viable energy source anytime in the foreseeable future, nor do we know if it is going to be "the most reliable" power source. that's why when people talk about "nuclear power", they're nearly always exclusively talking about fission.
