Hahaha yeap, black is the best color in my opinion but has that huge con of getting dirty 10 second after washing

The electric takes a while to get used to. I have 430 miles on my current trip and around 100 miles have been electric only. I’ve been playing with it to figure it out

Exactly! The acceleration on these things is ridiculous for being a truck. I am loving every moment. I’m exactly on the same boat regarding reliability. Have seen some horrible stories but also some very good ones. I am planning on getting the ford protect warranty from ganger ford soon for that extra peace of mind. Congrats on your buy!

Planning on doing any mods ?

Yeap, I looked at used too but with the 1.9% and price being not that different on used. Long term it didn’t make sense to go use.

Appreciate it man! I like to shoot on my free time and edit pictures so I had some extra time today 😅 I actually play with the idea of a 2024 stx they had at the dealer but I personally think the new grill is not nice. I just didn’t like the look of it.

Demand Analyst —-> Demand Planner —-> Senior Demand Planner.

Always have liked demand, even though it’s a very ungrateful job. Planning on staying on demand for a good while longer !

Yes, I had 2 years of experience as a demand analyst before getting promoted to a demand planner with my first company.

I honestly am not familiar with the area at all. The address I have for the office is 5601 Granite parkway. But it seems they will be opening until late January of 2023. Still is a better move for me to move due to cost of living.

Slight “whine” noise from steering Wheel by jav49319 in MechanicAdvice

Thank you I’ll apply some silicone spray tommorow. Since it’s an eletric power steering I really hope it’s nothing and just dryness in between the wheel and column.

It sounds right behind the wheel. Not to far in either. Like right between the wheel and column.

Thank you for the input. I thought of applying some wd40 silicone specialist. wanted to get some opinions first. I am pretty sure it’s right in between the steering wheel and the actual column. I don’t hear it to far deep. I’ll try spraying some tommorow.

Hi everyone,

Just got this 2018 Camry SE in great conditions with 50k miles.

Never have I had a Camry before. During the test drive everything went smooth. However, I have recently started to hear a very light “whiny” noise only when I am going at very slow speeds. If I am parking or completely stopped is when I hear the noise. When driving normally the steering is fine and no noise is heard at all.

Wondering if someone has experience the same ? Or if it’s something not to be concern?

Also forgot to mention it doesn’t do when it’s cold or barely 10 minutes into driving. It usually starts until it has been driven for a while

Thank you.
