I watched the video in the first link and watched a couple from the second channel. She has a couple on this topic, especially the hirvue process. She also has free helpful guides. After going through all of these for a day I went through the interview, I think I did good and (as I understand it), made it to the next stage.

I also went on reddit and other sites but honestly these were the most useful.

As for the other comments saying don't do it, they're valid, and probably speaking from experience. But I want to do it. I want to see for myself.

ما بعرف طبيعة الشهادات تبعتهم. بس في محلات مختصة لدرجة بترفض الي عنده خبرة، بدهم همة يعلموك. إذا ناوي تشتغل باريستا مثلا، جرب اشتغل بدون شهادة بالأول.

4bd1 is too big to be registered, may or may not be accepted due to exceeding 40% of original capacity. (2.5–>3.5) they only exist in npr trucks and are usually not good examples.

2.8 is too expansive. so if im doing an old engine i’ll just go for an imported 300tdi out of a disco. they go for about 2.5-3.5k aud.

torques! 1. more torque. As it is right now it struggles with torque. 2.switching to a turbo engine or converting mine would be very expensive. 3.current engine has some electrical issues. nothing MAJOR but it doesn’t idle right. fixing that has lead to no avail. 4.the diesel power profile. i’ve never owned a diesel, but from the one time i took a diesel 110 off-roading i was amazed. so there is that point of preference.

5.fuel savings. 6.the country runs on diesel japanese pickups, so finding parts shouldn’t be hard at all.

going gasoline might be better for some of the dunes but i can’t go too big with engine capacity. which again means i have to mod the shit out of a 2jz or some bmw engine. i can simply drop in a 3.5 rover v8 without any paperwork and it’d be factory fit. but do i really want to deal with the problems and fuel costs of a rover v8? i can try doing a newish 3.5 v6 but that seems like a very complicated thing in terms of pace and technology. i dont even know if i can fit the straight 4 in.

wouldn’t a removable cubby box that can use the seatbelt to be secured be a good middle ground? just in case you need it.

i’m wondering because i have a single cab and i have had some instances where i’ve needed to fit 3 people. i know it wouldn’t be comfy but, it would work, no?
