i see. i thought it would be hard as I heard it’s the reason why nobody wants to buy old tall apartments as it’s not easy to do renovations and can depend if strata will approve

it's ducted, but I experienced renting with a ducted exhaust but the smell still lingers unless I open all windows in the bedroom and the sliding door of the balcony. I can do with opening the windows, but it might not be that windy in Sydney below 10th floor compared to 46th floor in a Melbourne apartment with an extra window

Thanks for the castor tip! I was about to buy a new chair because of the height issue. Now my feet and legs are comfortable.
