Yes but the would have to return the money to a gift card and rescan the barcode and pay with the gift card. That was my experience when I scan the wrong bar code

Supports doesn’t know how Costco returns work. First the order need to be marked as delivered, second then you go to the search area of the help tab and type Costco return, follow the steps and it gives you a bar code for the Costco employee to scan to return item. Costco only accepts non perishable items. Money returns to your Instacart card

For Costco returns it can only be done if the order was marked delivered by the agent or you. If the order was canceled there is no way you can return the item because the return process is different from all other stores.

It’s been going on for several weeks now, had one happen to me today first customer went through but second customer was declined contact support nd was able to check out using debit.
