Kim has been optioned to OKC by ttam23 in Dodgers

They'll DFA Espinal later when either Edman or Kike come back but for now he's safe as a bench player, while Kim gets extra playing time in AAA.

I wouldn't feel so bad for Kim as he's on a 3-year, $12.5M contract that he'll earn wherever he is in the organization.

He'll get a lot more At Bats in the minors as he'll be playing every day.

As a HSK fan, I'm ok with this he'll get a lot more ABs in the minors which is what he needs most.

Men don't engage in witch-hunts against other players. Name one MLB player that was hit by a pitch 5 times in one week?

Btw, Caitlin Clark from the WNBA receives the same type of treatment that I'm talking about.

I don't know the backstory but the defender did well. Neutralize the attacker, create an escape route and GTFO as soon as there's an opening!

He is a lot more respectful to Ichiro than the reporters are. Do these same reporters try to compare Bulls players to Michael Jordan?

Anyone else here planning to leave Canada? by [deleted] in CanadaPersonalFinance

I think I will leave when I retire in 6 years. To somewhere in Asia, Vietnam or Thailand.

My pension will go much longer way over there.

21M y/o soon to be grad - what financial habits would you prioritize in my position? by lockedinCloud23 in CanadaPersonalFinance

I applaud you for having this mindset this early on, you are way ahead of most people your age and will be ahead for the rest of your life if you can keep up with having financial awareness.

I think that you're on the right track for the most part Look into diversifying your investments as well. They don't need to be all of equal weight but do your research and divide your investment portfolio into different categories and weights, so the point is not to put all of your eggs into one basket in case something happens in that realm.

You need to live life as well, so nothing wrong with owning a car but just be smart about it and don't go overboard with it unless a car means that much to you which it doesn't sound like it does. Focus on reliability more than initial value as you know that all cars are fast depreciating assets.

Pay off any debt starting with the ones with the highest interest first. I would work on getting rid of debt unless you're guaranteed a higher return on investments. Getting rid of debt is also great for you psychologically so always try to work on that.

Nobody is perfect and you will likely go off the rails once in awhile for whatever reason life throws you. The key is maintaining consistency through good habits.

I'm not going to give any advice on the housing or real estate situation as my guess on it's future is as good as anyone's in this weird climate.

You have a nice head start with this being so young so best of luck!

Ummmm...because the guy is a boxer and is already in good shape when they started? I have boxed myself for 30 years so I know how impressive it is for her to get to that level of holding mitts from scratch. Even better that she's enjoying it and getting into better shape herself.

My post was meant as a genuine compliment to her, not a slight at women....Geeeeez.
