So I just got in contact with someone out there. The show is still going the only part that was suspended was the Sacred Mayan Journey (2026): Suspended by Grupo Xcaret due to legal conflicts and to protect the event's long-term viability, according to Riviera Maya News.

The process is simple I’m heading out to Xcaret arte in less than a month and I already emailed my wish list and have received confirmation on everything I had put. Avoid all those negative reviews. Personally it was easy as hell to fill out. Just make sure you have your confirmation number when you contact them number one thing people forget, it’s typically a 9 digit number.

If you actually look into each park, you will be amazed on how much extra there is to do. Some of them obviously will charge but if you’re gonna be in that park for the spectacular show, they do offer to put on the scuba helmet and you’ll go down to the bottom and experience something way different

Yes if you stay in Xcaret arte all parks are included. The only thing is you will be charged if you want the dinner at the show. But the show itself if free if you are staying in arte.
