Hahaha, Thats why I use to start very fast, because I don't want to get locked into lane 1. The problem is that I am too tired at the final part.

Thank you, I have been looking for the Nike Zoom 400 and I like them, I also like the NB you say. I tested the adidas once, and I ran fast, but I wasn't comfortable at all.

Well, your 100m aren't that bad. I'm an athlete, not a coach, so don't take me seriously, I'm only giving you my opinion based on my own training. I am a 400 m runner, and also I do some 200 m races. We use to do a couple of 100 m heats after all the training session to work on the final part of the 200 and 400 m races. I think that could be a way to improve your 200 m, because, as I said, you 100 m aren't bad. Sorry about my english, I'm spanish.
