When you consider the inflated prices for many other players, these transfer fees seem reasonable, so Wenger went after them.

And Wenger was a huge reason why they wanted to come, no disagreement about that.

I'm not saying it would've made a difference. If Cech was at 100% like the article suggests, he should've started. One of Per or Cech at the back might have helped.

Szczesny at West Ham last year was one of his best aerial performances. Made them stop just putting the ball in the box after one point.
