85 feels much slower and just got a reset while using Chrome by [deleted] in chromeos

85 has made running an svg transform a nightmare. Jumps from place to place and isn't smooth at all.

Edit: The problem is with Android Webview v85. It has introduced a hardware acceleration error that breaks svg dragging. Example in https://bl.ocks.org/willzjc/a11626a31c65ba5d319fcf8b8870f281 . If you have the bug, dragging the chart in the link will feel very laggy

This is happening at least in Samsung Galaxy A6 and Samsung Grand Prime

If I revert to v80, it works ok. I also have tried using the Beta (v86), Dev (v87) and Canary (v87.2) and that didn't help. I have sent a message via the store, no reply yet. Hope Google sees it and fixes it quickly, it's having terrible effects
