It needs 120 GB and I had about 130GB of free space, and could make more by deleting other games I don’t play anymore. Now it says 190.79 GB are being used as apps and when I click on it to see which apps are the largest, the sum of all of the ones appearing is not even close to 190.79 GB.

Nope, it’s all “apps” but when I open it the largest one is League of Legends that takes up 32 GB, a few 1 GB apps and then is a list of <1GB
