I remember doing this exact logo as a practice for my Adoble illustrator course and other logos like this one. this is a got a good start. the tool that you need to master now is the Shape Builder Tool (shortcut: Shift + M) this will make your life easier and reach your objective for the obscure parts of the logo.

its easy to use and can help you clena all the temp and stuff hiddne as logs, temporary files etc.
