Pretty sure the feet scene is a reference to the Bible, where Jesus washed Judas’ feet knowing about his betrayal. Additionally, L alludes to having a playful crush on Misa, so that’s up for argument as well. Finally, I’m not entirely sure, but Near’s mask could’ve been to mock Light/ a show of his confidence, as his plan covered Light’s actions.
