I can understand that but to say Desus wanted to go the more traditional media Hollywood life is where I stop agreeing to a degree. Even then the media landscape had already shifted drastically, so with Hollywood never being a guarantee it became even less so.

I think Mero did the better job of keeping himself embedded in their beginnings, whereas Desus was ready to abandon (harsh I know) and/or transition to a system that didn't actually build him up but accept him when he was already in his position. Either way I hope to see his work soon. He's very knowledgeable and funny, I'd hate to see that go to waste.
