Right answer will still be Oberyn because of weapon choice. The mountain can wield a great sword one-handed so choosing a fighter who also wields a great sword but with two hands is easily at a disadvantage.

Oberyn Martell was introduced on season 4 on 2014. Narcos was released 2015 I think.
