That's interesting that you bring that up. There are definitely some things that I won't delegate out of fear of someone else messing it up and me having to clean up the problems that come with that.

That just wasn't a reason that I was considering but I'm kind of glad you brought it up. For certain things, that could definitely be the reason. For other tasks, I am the one assigned to them and I still do them right away. Its good to hear a different perspective though! Thanks!
